Our guarantee is to remove everything we can visibly see on your first appointment.
While we always strive to remove 100% of the problem, there is always a possibility that we may miss a nit or two. Please remember, removing lice is a process.
However, we do guarantee your child will be allowed back into school the day after our treatment.
For our 100% guarantee to be valid, the following steps must be taken:
- All family members must be checked for evidence of lice. All who are found to have lice must be treated by The Hair Angels.
- Parents must complete the recommended after combing for 5-7 days.
- After the 5-7 day combing period, a complete, paid re-check must be scheduled. This usually takes half an hour per person.
- If after these steps are taken, you can provide evidence of head lice within two weeks, we will treat again for free!
